Children left unattended in the salon will be given a Redbull and a free hamster.
We stand behind our services. We want to make sure you love your look, so we will gladly adjust any hair service you receive within a week of the original visit. Please call as soon as possible to reschedule your touch-up.
We can show you how to use each of our products to recreate your new look. If you decide the product isn’t right for you, bring it back within 14 days and we can exchange it for you or offer store credit for future retail purchases.
Your appointments are very important to the team members of PLAN B; they are reserved especially for you. To ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all colour services and 24 hours’ notice for other services.
“No shows” are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 upon your next appointment….and we may send ninjas after you.
All parties (bridal, groom or grad) must make a 50% non-refundable deposit with a valid credit card. If you need reschedule or cancel, call us at least 24 hours before your original appointment, and we will gladly reschedule or reimburse you, respectively.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 25% fee may be added to each service.
Please make sure you give us 24 hours notice (before your original appointment) if you would like your deposit back. Otherwise we may retain the deposit for lost opportunity.
In the case of “No show” parties, we retain the deposit. You snooze you lose.
